Born in a cramped Cape Town apartment with nothing more than a borrowed bar kit, a deep obsession with local botanicals, and big dreams, we’ve grown into one of South Africa’s leading wedding and private event bar services. We started with a simple belief: that world-class liquid design shouldn't come with a stuffy attitude.
Today, operating from our 300m² creative studio and warehouse in Maitland, Cape Town, we serve couples, creative planners, and modern corporate hosts who value authenticity. We design beautiful, custom bar structures, develop highly bespoke cocktail menus, and produce our own premium line of hand-foraged syrups, cordials, sodas, and garnishes under our SIP! Supply label
Led by award-winning mixologist Owen O'Reilly, our team blends down-to-earth hospitality, artistic creativity, and exact liquid precision.
Owen’s specialty is designing world-class drink experiences that celebrate South Africa’s natural terroir. By combining Cape fynbos foraging with interactive storytelling and playful guest engagement, he ensures that every drink served is far more than just a beverage... It’s a memory in the making.

Our deep passion is providing meaningful, professional culinary and mixology career paths for talented local youth coming from underprivileged backgrounds or broken homes. We don't just hire bartenders; we train, mentor, and empower the next generation of hospitality leaders in a safe, inspiring environment.
Our Farm-to-Glass Dream: We are actively working toward establishing a dedicated local community farm in the Western Cape. Our vision is to grow our own organic cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and botanical fynbos locally—ensuring that every single sip served at your wedding or event directly funds sustainable employment, agricultural training, and community-first development.
